About Nicole Brightnose Consulting
Rooted in Indigenous knowledge. Focused on education, community, and meaningful relationships.
Grounded in community. Guided by culture.
Nicole Brightnose Consulting was founded by Nicole Brightnose — a consultant, educator, and facilitator whose work is rooted in Indigenous knowledge, Cree language and culture, and a deep commitment to community.
The practice brings together experience in Indigenous education, curriculum development, community engagement, program development, and facilitation — offering organizations, schools, and communities the support they need to build approaches that are respectful, culturally relevant, and genuinely responsive.
What guides this work
Relationship first
Meaningful work begins with genuine relationship. Every engagement is approached with care, honesty, and a commitment to building trust over time.
Cultural humility
This work is guided by deep respect for Indigenous knowledge, lived experience, and the communities at the centre of every conversation.
Community voice
The people most affected by decisions should be at the table. Community voice is not a step in a process — it is the foundation of good work.
Practical and purposeful
Every engagement aims to create something real and lasting — resources, programs, relationships, and understanding that continue to serve long after the work is done.
Let's work together to create meaningful change.
Whether you are building a new program, developing Indigenous curriculum, navigating a community consultation, or deepening your organization's cultural understanding — Nicole Brightnose Consulting walks alongside you with care, honesty, and purpose.
